Ibis grafika was founded in 1994. It focuses on publishing academic literature and fiction, and is known in particular for publishing high quality children’s books. They are especially proud of publishing the world-renowned books by Julia Donaldson and the illustrator Axel Scheffler. The first illustrated book by the top Lithuanian writer and illustrator Kęstutis Kasparavičius was published by them ten years ago. Ibis grafika has received financial support for the translation of his work and that of other excellent European authors. The publisher is also active in encouraging reading at the national level and participates in numerous campaigns for increasing reading literacy.
